SHIPPING:

Georgie's & the Shoe Resort can only ship to the Continental United States & Canada.  We apologize for the inconvenience.

We primarily ship using UPS. A physical address is required for all shipments (we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes). Please note that shipping transit times vary depending on customer’s location (see map below).

Please note for Canadian Residents we will ship UPS ground, and any customs, duty, or other fees will be at the expense of the customer.

SHIPPING RATES:

Our Shipping Rates are based on both the shipping destination and quantity of items ordered. An additional $4.00 will be charged for each additional item ordered.

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Estimated delivery time is 2-7 business days from time of process depending on shipping location.

Orders placed before 2 p.m. (EST) on business days begin processing on that day. For orders placed after 2 p.m. (EST) we will begin processing on the next business day.

Any shipping expenses incurred by Georgie's including incorrect address entry, shipment refusal or shipment re-route will be charged to the customer account.

RETURNS:

Return shipping cost and insurance are the responsibility of the customer.

All products may be returned for a refund if the return package is postmarked within 14 days of receiving the item(s).

Returns will only be accepted if merchandise is in its original condition and packaging.

Returns will take 5 business days to process from the date they are received into the warehouse. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment.
